Ingredients
- Frozen mixed berries150 g
- Protein powder (vanilla)30 g
- Greek yoghurt (0% fat)100 g
- Unsweetened almond milk200 ml
- Almond butter1 tbsp
- Chia seeds1 tbsp
- Ice cubes4-5
Method

Add almond milk and Greek yoghurt to the blender first for a smoother blend.

Add berries, protein powder, almond butter, chia seeds and ice.

Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until thick and creamy.

Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
