Berry & Almond Protein Smoothie

A vibrant berry smoothie packed with 30g of protein and almond butter for steady energy. Built for muscle support during menopause.

Ingredients

  • Frozen mixed berries150 g
  • Protein powder (vanilla)30 g
  • Greek yoghurt (0% fat)100 g
  • Unsweetened almond milk200 ml
  • Almond butter1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp
  • Ice cubes4-5

Method

  1. 1

    Add almond milk and Greek yoghurt to the blender first for a smoother blend.

    Add berries, protein powder, almond butter, chia seeds and ice.

    Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until thick and creamy.

  4. 4

    Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
