Ingredients
- Full-fat Greek yogurt3/4 cup
- Chia seeds1 tbsp
- Rolled oats2 tbsp
- Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)1/3 cup
- Honey or maple syrup1 tsp
- Chopped almonds1 tbsp
Method

In a 250ml jar, layer yogurt, chia seeds, oats and honey. Stir gently to combine.

Top with berries and chopped almonds.

Seal and refrigerate overnight. Eat straight from the jar within 48 hours.
