Green Vanilla Protein Smoothie

A light, refreshing green smoothie with 28g of protein, spinach, and avocado for hormone-supporting healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • Baby spinach2 large handfuls
  • Vanilla protein powder30 g
  • Ripe avocado1/4
  • Frozen pineapple chunks100 g
  • Unsweetened almond milk250 ml
  • Hemp seeds1 tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves4-5

Method

    Add almond milk and spinach to the blender and blend until smooth.

    Add avocado, pineapple, protein powder, hemp seeds and mint.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds until silky.

  4. 4

    Pour into a chilled glass and serve right away.
