High-Protein Trail Mix

A portable mix of nuts, seeds and a touch of dark chocolate. Portion into small jars or zip bags so it's ready to grab on the way out.

Ingredients

  • Raw almonds1/2 cup
  • Walnut halves1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds1/2 cup
  • Roasted edamame1/2 cup
  • Dark chocolate chips (70%+)1/4 cup
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes1/4 cup

Method

    Tip everything into a large bowl and toss to combine.

    Divide into six small jars or reusable bags, roughly a generous handful each.

    Store at room temperature for up to three weeks.
