High-Protein Trail Mix
A portable mix of nuts, seeds and a touch of dark chocolate. Portion into small jars or zip bags so it's ready to grab on the way out.

Ingredients
- Raw almonds1/2 cup
- Walnut halves1/2 cup
- Pumpkin seeds1/2 cup
- Roasted edamame1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate chips (70%+)1/4 cup
- Unsweetened coconut flakes1/4 cup

Tip everything into a large bowl and toss to combine.
