Ingredients
- Rolled oats2 cups
- Tahini1/2 cup
- Maple syrup1/3 cup
- Pumpkin seeds1/3 cup
- Sunflower seeds1/3 cup
- Ground flaxseed3 tbsp
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Pinch of sea salt
Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C / 340°F and line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined and sticky.

Press firmly into the tin in an even layer — really compact it so the bars hold together.

Bake for 18–20 minutes until the edges are golden.

Cool completely in the tin before lifting out and slicing into 10 bars. Store in an airtight tin for up to a week.
