Smoked Salmon & Avocado Wrap

A creamy, omega-3 rich wrap with smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese and capers — ready in five minutes for a fast, satisfying lunch.

Ingredients

  • Wholemeal tortilla (large)1
  • Smoked salmon80 g
  • Ripe avocado, sliced1/2
  • Full-fat cream cheese2 tbsp
  • Baby spinacha handful
  • Cucumber ribbons1/4 cucumber
  • Capers, drained1 tsp
  • Fresh dill, chopped1 tsp
  • Lemon juice1 tsp
  • Black pepperto taste

Method

    Lay the tortilla flat and spread the cream cheese evenly across the centre.

    Layer baby spinach, then smoked salmon, avocado slices and cucumber ribbons on top.

    Scatter over capers and chopped dill, then squeeze on the lemon juice and season with black pepper.

    Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.

    Slice in half on the diagonal and serve immediately.
