Tropical Turmeric Protein Smoothie

A creamy tropical smoothie with 29g of protein, turmeric and ginger to ease inflammation through menopause.

Ingredients

  • Frozen mango chunks120 g
  • Frozen pineapple chunks80 g
  • Vanilla protein powder30 g
  • Greek yoghurt (0% fat)100 g
  • Coconut milk (light)200 ml
  • Ground turmeric1/2 tsp
  • Freshly grated ginger1/4 tsp
  • Black pepperpinch

Method

    Add coconut milk and Greek yoghurt to the blender.

    Add mango, pineapple, protein powder, turmeric, ginger and a pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption).

    Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until creamy.

    Pour and drink immediately.
