Ingredients
- Frozen mango chunks120 g
- Frozen pineapple chunks80 g
- Vanilla protein powder30 g
- Greek yoghurt (0% fat)100 g
- Coconut milk (light)200 ml
- Ground turmeric1/2 tsp
- Freshly grated ginger1/4 tsp
- Black pepperpinch
Method

Add coconut milk and Greek yoghurt to the blender.

Add mango, pineapple, protein powder, turmeric, ginger and a pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption).

Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until creamy.
