Turkey, Cheese & Avocado Roll-Ups

No bread, no fuss. Slices of turkey wrapped around creamy avocado and cheese — a savoury hit of protein and healthy fats that travels well.

Ingredients

  • Sliced roast turkey breast4 slices
  • Sliced cheddar or havarti2 slices
  • Ripe avocado, sliced1/2
  • Baby spinach leaveshandful
  • Dijon mustard1 tsp

Method

    Lay turkey slices flat and spread lightly with mustard.

    Top each with half a slice of cheese, a few spinach leaves and a slice of avocado.

    Roll up tightly. Wrap in baking paper or pop into a lunchbox. Best eaten within 4 hours.
