Ingredients
- Sliced roast turkey breast4 slices
- Sliced cheddar or havarti2 slices
- Ripe avocado, sliced1/2
- Baby spinach leaveshandful
- Dijon mustard1 tsp
Method

Lay turkey slices flat and spread lightly with mustard.

Top each with half a slice of cheese, a few spinach leaves and a slice of avocado.

Roll up tightly. Wrap in baking paper or pop into a lunchbox. Best eaten within 4 hours.
