- Cooked turkey breast, sliced100 g
- Romaine lettuce leaves2-3 leaves
- Cucumber, sliced1/4
- Red bell pepper, thinly sliced1/2
- Feta cheese, crumbled30 g
- Lemon juice1 tsp
- Black pepperto taste

Lay the tortilla flat and spread hummus evenly across the centre.

Layer the romaine leaves over the hummus, then arrange turkey slices on top.

Add cucumber and red pepper slices, then scatter over the crumbled feta.

Squeeze on the lemon juice and season with black pepper.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice in half and serve, or wrap in parchment for a packed lunch.
