Zesty Hummus & Veggie Sticks

Ingredients

  • Canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed240 g
  • Tahini2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Garlic clove, minced1
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder0.5 tsp
  • Cold water60 ml
  • Salt0.25 tsp
  • Carrot sticks100 g
  • Cucumber sticks100 g
  • Bell pepper strips (any colour)100 g

Method

    Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt in a food processor.

    Blend until mostly smooth, slowly adding cold water until desired consistency is reached (it should be creamy).

    Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
